Who can resist the sweetness of a new baby? Not me! Babies are so adorable, innocent and hug-able and holding onto a little squish definitely gets my Oxytocin flowing. And that is always a good thing.

I have known this hot mama for quite some time. Since we were young and wild (ahh the good old days) but now we get to enjoy an entire different type of crazy, raising kids :)
And these two cuter than words girls will soon be getting a baby brother. I can't wait to meet him :)

When I first met this wonderful family Ben was 5 weeks old and his favorite activities included eating, sleeping, pooping and looking at things.  He also peed on his brother wile we were desperately trying to get a photo of the boys together (ha ha) But now he's a big boy, running, playing and wrestling with his even bigger boy, brother.

During our planning stages C told me that she always wanted a beach wedding, so after brainstorming a little I thought it would be nice to give her some beach wedding photos. After all  photography is not just about capturing memories but also about creating them ;)  So we created, a lot! Including a Mary Cassatt inspired mother and baby portrait :) I hope you enjoy these photographs as much as I enjoyed creating them :)

How lucky am I to spend an afternoon with a lovely couple who are celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary!  This type of love is the love that inspires to do good. To try, to be selfless and giving, and to celebrate life and all of it's joys. Thank you for sharing this amazing day with me :)

I know sometimes parents worry when their kiddos are super silly during their session, but that's exactly how I want them to act. Kids being kids makes for the funnest sessions and the truest and most amazing photos :)
Just editing the images makes me think of how fun these 3 were and how much G. reminds me of my Nolan.

Happy 1st Birthday Maria!!!!! I met little Miss when she was almost three months old, and I think she remembered me at her session.  She wanted me to carry her around instead of having me photograph her, ha ha how cute! I had an absolute blast with this family, although I didn't get my Oreos this time ;)













Maria enjoys, standing, reading books, looking out the window, eating leaves, and taking cakes apart :)
